What we collect on this site, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
This page covers threesistersai.com only. Client engagements run under their own governance agreements, which we write together as part of the work. Effective July 13, 2026.
Fill out the guide form and we store your name and email address. That's the only form on this site, and that's all it asks for.
Book a call through the link on this site and Calendly collects whatever you enter there, including anything you write in the notes field. That data lives with Calendly under their own privacy policy. We see it when you book, but we don't control how Calendly stores or secures it.
Email us directly and we keep that message like any other email in an inbox.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log routine technical details like IP address and browser type as part of serving any website. That's standard hosting infrastructure, governed by GitHub's own privacy policy, not something we access or act on.
No analytics scripts. No ad pixels. No cookies that track you across visits. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Your name and email get used to send the guide you asked for and to follow up about 3SistersAI's training and automation work. Occasionally that means an email about a new session or something relevant to what you asked about. We don't sell your information or hand it to advertisers.
Your name and email live in Supabase, the database behind this site's forms. Supabase can see it because they host it, not because we've given it to them for any other purpose. Booking details live with Calendly the same way. Neither company gets to use your information beyond running these tools for us.
We hold onto lead information as long as it's useful, generally until you ask us to remove it or it's gone stale with no response for a few years. Email us and we'll delete it within a week.
